- Seat the People’s Congress
- Redefine corporate charters to ensure they function for the public good
- Tighter restrictions on acquisitions and mergers, broaden constituency statutes, limit charters
- The removal of corporate personhood
- Money is not speech
- Corporate taxation and advertising
- Reinstate Glass-Steagall Act
- Return to the Bretton-Woods basis for the WTO IMF and World Bank
- Pass the Bhopal Principles on Corporate Accountability
